FAQ: Wedding Spray Tans

Should I get a trial tan?

A trial tan is the best way to ensure we achieve the perfect shade for your wedding day. Trials should be scheduled no later than 2 weeks before your wedding. Trial tans are $25 for the bride (and groom!)

Will the spray tan come off on my white wedding dress?

As long as you have 2 rinses/showers before your big day, you are good to go! This is why we recommend receiving your spray tan 2-3 days before your Wedding day.

I’d like to spray with my bridesmaids and family, can I do that?

Yes! We offer small group tans with 2-3 or larger groups. If tanning with the bride plus 4 persons (5 total), then the bride is FREE! Email katie@simplytan.biz and we will get you scheduled for your wedding day tan!

You want to get almost all beauty services done at least 1 day in advance of your spray tan.

Waxing - at least 48 hours before

Nails/Hair/Facial/Massage - 24 hours before

Spray tan prep shower (at least 4 hours before your appointment to allow your skin's pH balance to normalize)! Reminder - exfoliate, no lotion or deodorant applied after.

Lashes - After your tan is set! Our solution is water based, so if you get your lashes done and then spray tan the solution can cause premature fall out for your lashes. If you schedule lashes before your spray tan, make sure to do so 24-48 hours before your spray appointment.
